Happy Easter!
I hope everyone has a wonderful day :)
This little bunny has come just in time to say HI! Isn't he adorable? I have been a little bit on a punch art roll....but as usual someone else thought him up....and I just figured out which punches were used :)
This is a BIG card. Most of the ideas using him fasten a carrot out of the new Petal pouch bigz die, but I wanted to share these sweet treats with him on a regular card. So once I built the bunny and carrot, he didn't fit on a standard card, so I put him on a 5 1/2 inch square card.
The bunny is made with 2 ornaments punched out, several sized circles and for the nose....well I took my circle punch and clipped a corner off of some pretty in pink paper. Viola - - a perfect nose :) His ears are made up of ovals....
And the carrot is a simple triangle with a scallop circle folded over the top. A second scallop circle was cut in irregular strips and makes the leafy top. Run your triangle thru the woodgrain texture plate and you have some pretty "realistic" carrot striations :)
Whiskers and paws are hand drawn with a black stampin' write marker. After much fun discussion, the gals at my class Friday night, decided I had a bunny with some attitude since his paws are upside down!
We also enjoyed snacking on the sweet tart jelly beans that fill the heart shaped treat cup.
Happy Stampin'
Jami
