ROYAL PEACOCK
I love the elegant look of this card. I combined the favorite Perennial Essence Designer Paper with the Noble Peacock Dies. I couldn't decide on the occasion that fit this card best - - so I figured I would add the words when I was ready to give the card away.
I wanted a fun way to add color to the peacock....So I cut out 3 peacocks in 3 different colors. And I made it easy by choosing colors that were in the designer paper for a perfect match.
After I cut out the 3 peacocks, I left the bottom (Balmy Blue) fully intact.
Then I randomly chose areas of the second layer (Purple Posy) to poke out.
Last, I made sure to use the top (BlackBerry Bliss) peacock in it's intended state.
I really liked how it turned out.
A layer of whisper white on the dark BlackBerry Bliss and a scrap from the same DSP on the card front and it's all set!
